La Verne Bergstrom, East Wenatchee, recently retired from the Washington Apple Commission and has taken on a new challenge as an Executive Assistant at AgriFresh. La Verne is a quilter, a grandmother, and loves to refinish furniture.

Dawn Fike lives in Leavenworth and works at Bavarian Lodge where she enjoys helping and getting to know guests. In February she was privileged and blessed to travel in Israel for 3 weeks. Besides playing handbells for over 20 years she enjoys baking and having fun with her 2 chiuahuas. 
 
 

Ginny has been involved with handbells for 30 years, first in her church in Colfax, WA, then joining the Marlin Handbell Ringers 20 years ago. Ringing handbells is one of the great joys in her life and she likes to ring at any position, but especially enjoys her latest assignment in the base section. Ginny is married to Dick and they have 3 grown children and 7 beautiful grandchildren. Both she and Dick are retired from public school education.

 

Ruth Hull, Wenatchee, moved to Wenatchee from San Diego. she is a wife, mother of four, and grandmother of ten. She is active in both church music and Bible study.

 

 

Nancy Marsh, Cashmere, has been a Marlin Ringer for many years. She is an Occupational Therapist working in the field of geriactric rehabilitation.

JoAnne Prusa recently retired from Snohomish County and relocated to Cashmere where she is an active volunteer in the museum, the library and her church.She loves books, music and time with friends and family.

 

Linda Read is a former flight instructor, retired manager of a large anesthesia practice, mother of three grown and gone kids, and lives in Wenatchee.

 

Ivan Bowman, has lived in many far- away places including Laos and Nigeria. He currently lives in Wenatchee, is a member of the Columbia Chorale and is also a bell ringer in The Sunnyslope Church.

 

Dick Rieman is a retired airline pilot, orchardist, and 

is involved in environmental projects to help save the planet for the rest of us to enjoy. Tina and Dick have been ringing bells for 30 years

 

 

Tina Rieman is a retired ski instructor, works in 

graphic design, and loves skiing, hiking, kayaking 

and anything outdoors. She coaches x-c skiers for participation in the WA State Special Olympics.

 

Karen Strom, Leavenworth, is a retired computer programmer. She keeps busy with various volunteer projects, skiing, hiking, gardening and bell ringing
